Registration begins in January 2010. As long as there is space, we will accept applications. Camps fill up quickly, so don't be left out! Register early to secure your space.

FREE JERSEYS FOR EACH PLAYER

Each camper will receive a jersey. Don't forget to choose your size on the application form.

REGISTRATION FEES AND PAYMENT

Please make cheques payable to Hockey Ministries International. $150 deposit cheque must accompany registration form, and cheques for the balance of fees may be post dated up to 1 month prior to camp.

Currency: Please pay all fees in the currency of the camp location (Canadian camps in Canadian funds, American camps in U.S. funds). Post dated cheques will not guarantee a spot.

Portions of camp payment may be tax deductible in certain regions.


NEW HARMONIZED SALES TAX for BC and ONTARIO CAMPERS

Camp fees for camps held in Ontario and British Columbia will be subject to HST for those registering after May 1st. Those registering before May 1st must pay the camp fee in full to avoid paying HST on the camp fee. Please revisit our website closer to May 1st for further details.


CREDIT CARDS (Visa and MasterCard only)

Please note - if you choose to pay by credit card:
- payments must be for the full amount.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation, a $70.00 cancellation fee will be withheld.

ONLINE REGISTRATION

Please note that all payments must be made in full at the time of online registration. Payments can be done either by Visa or Mastercard.

 

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

Parents are responsible to drop off their children at camp and pick them up within the designated times. Exact times will be mailed out in the information package that is sent to each camper four weeks prior to camp.
